Waste of money.
This book is about as useful as a chocolate tea pot. Eric Charton must have a degree in stating the blindingly obvious. I was about to write that this book is totally useless but in fact it is just the right size to stop my book case from wobbling.

Practical easy to follow advice on computer maintenance
There are some very usefull tips in this book, like for instance removing non required file extensions, which will sit on your pc forever unless you delete them.
I found the chapter on reformatting your hard drive and installing everything from scratch particularly usefull.
