• Nine sections on Verilog Hardware Description Language (HDL) inserted in discrete sections, allowing the material to be covered or skipped as desired. The Verilog HDL presentation is at a suitable level for beginning students who are learning digital circuits for the first time.
• Reorganized material on combinational circuits is now covered in a single chapter.
• The emphasis in the sequential circuits chapters is now on design with D flip-flops instead of JK and SR flip-flops.

Excellent from Basic to Advanced
In my opinion this the most straight forward and easily understandable digital textbook i could find in the university library. So i bought my own copy. Covers all aspects of digital analysis, design and realisation. A good companion to any digital course.
I would definitly recommend it.

I bought this book to compliment a university course in digital electronics. It was money well spent. The lab experiments in the last chapter allow you to try out most of the theory explained in the book.
