Practitioners guidebook - read and learn
Organisational Development, Behavioural Science Interventions for Organisational Change was a great find! I wanted a practical and easy to understand guide to Organisational Development and found it in this work. I have a practitioner bias but need to understand the theory and root of the models and practices I use - this was the right mix of both .

Not the best laid out of books , there are virtually no diagrams or use of colour, as a text it's basic but business like. If you want to know the history behind the names we use in everyday HR and management then look within - even the origin of the flip chart gets a mention.

I recommend this for the student of Organisational / Behaviour sciences and all HR people wanting a clear work in the field of Change and Organisational Behaviour.
