Customer Reviews

Sir John Harvey-Jones for the Soul5
Anyone familiar with Jeremy's columns in the advertising journal Campaign and Management Today will know what to expect. Jeremy dispenses no-nonsense, biting, funny but ultimately spot-on advice on how to deal with the biggest problem that all of us face in the workplace and one that ultimately absorbs a large amount of our time - interpersonal relationships.

He tackles the whole range of workplace issues from unwanted advances to difficult peers and dealing with dishonesty.

A great book to dip in and out of and a wonderful antidote to those trite 'how to' management books that gloss over the real issues.

My only criticism is that it is a little too short.

Give this man a knighthood!

Jeremy dispenses no-nonsense, biting, funny but ultimately spot-on advice on how to deal with the biggest problem that all of us face in the workplace and one that ultimately absorbs a large amount of our time - dealing with ourselves and others or as Jeremy puts it 'people problems'.

He tackles the whole range of workplace issues from unwanted advances to dealing with difficult peers, thorny career decisions and defining where your responsibilities lie.
