Great childrens book5
This book captures the imagination of children. Our daughters spend hours taking out the invitations, wearing the 'gift' necklace and going over the story again and again. It is a beautiful book to read to children, and also for children to read for themselves. It is a book that comes out again and again for us to read, and we are not yet bored of it! I would recommend it to anyone with girls, or boys who are interested in ballet (our 3 year old is!!) Enjoy it.

My daughter's favourite book5
What a lovely book. I held-off buying this for a while as I was unsure from other literature whether this was a story, or a set of stationery (invitations, notelets etc.). However, once I'd seen a copy and realised it was another of the wonderful Angelina stories, we bought it straight away and when I saw the delight on my 5 yr old daughter's face when we read it, I was so glad we splashed out. In a nutshell, it's another Angelina story in which Angelina wins tickets to the Mouseland Royal Ballet performance of "Cindermouse". She then visits various friends and family to invite them to the ballet but sadly they all have reasons why they can't attend. They also - and this is the real novelty of this book - have letters, appointment cards or invitations from other mice to explain why they can't attend. Unfolding the letters and reading them in the voices of the various characters never fails to delight, and the best surprise of all is in the last envelope; a good luck card from Mr and Mrs Mouseling containing a present for Angelina (and, you guessed it, a real necklace for your little ballerina). Buy this book - you won't regret it. It's an absolute treasure.

A lovely book5
What a great book. The envelopes contain letters, cards, tickets for the ballet and even a little 'good luck charm' necklace. The illustrations are lovely with lots of detail. My daughters (3yr and 5yr) love it. Highly recommended.
