A very good and thorough revision and help guide through your AS level Biology Course. Must make sure that the syllabus you are studying is Edexcel. Covers entire course thoroughly and in detail - with extras for essay questions. Also contains sample questions and answers from past papers. Has helped me get an A at AS level Biology!!!!

the most concise and detailed a-level unit book yet!5
this book has been the saviour of my a-level. finding myself lost and confused about the indepth knowledge needed to complete the course with a decent grade, i stumbled upon this beauty in the local library. not only has this book explained to me concepts which i had not previously grasped, but it also contains helpfull exam questions and mark scheme which is very useful, (particularly when the exam is only a day away!). this series of books (oh yes, there are more) is really great. they cover the whole edexcel course for human biologists as well as biologists. an absolute must for anyone taking biology. a word of advice, buy them at the beginning of each unit to use as you go along. this saves a lot of time when trying to find relevant home work stuff. particularly good for edexcel.

This is a really good, informative book adapted especially for the Unit 4 part of the Edexcel syllabus. This book contains all the answers and explanations needed to prepare fully for exam success!
