For a choir who want to break away from the conventional choral repertoire or want to let their hair down occasionally - perhaps for an encore? - these seem just the right thing . . . a highly usable volume. (Musical Opinion )

Fantastic arrangements / Great music.
This has some fantastic arrangements for four-part choir, and can be easily adapted for barbershop groups etc. Although the 'blue' harmonies are challenging the pieces chosen are a good selection of slow and slushy through to up-tempo jazz. There is a nice mix of a cappella and accompanied stuff. This is well worthwhile for any choir, as long as they can read music - it's not really designed to be tackled 'by ear'.
