An excellent collection of madrigals
I orignally bought this book to accompany a cassette I recieved as a gift many years ago! It contains 60 English Madrigals including: The Silver Swan; All creatures now; Weep, weep, mine eyes; Sleep, fleshy birth....and many others, by Byrd, Gibbons, Morley, Ramsey, and others!
The madrigals are written for mixed voices in 3+ parts(occasionally dividing). It is an excellent resource for singing from, or for musical interest/research purposes.
