When a book with the title 'Oxford Textbook' lands on your desk, you know there is a fair chance that this will be a quality book and without doubt this one is. ...at a shade under £60, all practices should have a copy. It is simply brilliant and seemingly covers everything. ...1244 pages of packed text which results in a superb refernce resource.
