About the Author
Stephen Weatherill is the Jacques Delors Professor of European Community Law and Associate Director of the Centre for the Advanced Study of European and Comparative Law at the University of Oxford. His research interests embrace the field of European Law in its widest sense, although his published work is predominantly concerned with European Community trade law.
