Customer Reviews
excellent
This book is really helpful for anyone studying tort law - it deals with all aspects of tort, packed full of useful citations and incredibly easy to read. Many law books are difficult to read and understand, even when your studying law but this one is simple yet knowledgeable, very impressed.
First Year Law
I tended to read cases on Lexis Nexis, but this was useful when those cases were very long/complicated. Also good for foreign cases, which can be more difficult to find.
Perfect book for a law student.
Hi,
I bought this book, because reading all long cases was very tiring- specially for my eyes and I was finding myself lost in the middle of the case. This book is really good and worth buying- it contains most of relevant cases, short introduction and judgment- it makes you know what the case is about! You can find the most important part of judgments as well! Sometimes, the lecturers don't wait till you make your notes- then you can easily make notes using that book!
I can highly recommend that book!
Ola
