About the Author
Nigel Foster is Senior Lecturer at in Law at Cardiff Law School. He has lectured in EC Law for many years and specialises in German Law. He is the author of German Legal System and Laws, Swot EC Law and Q&A EC Law, and is the Editor of Blackstone's EC Legislation Handbook. He also contributes to the CCH Encyclopaedia of European Law. Having spent a year as a Guest Professor at the University of Innsbruck, he is completing a book on
Austrian Law.

Anyone who wants to cut to the chase when revising for their law exams should buy this book - it gives questions which are likely to come up and goes through, step by step, how to answer them, giving a clear framework to build upon. It's fantastic for those who need guidance on how to structure essays, and also gives some insightful analysis aswell.
