The chapter on participation and the questions on assault have also been updated to reflect case law development, and this edition covers developments in relation to the law of duress (particularly self-induced). The further reading references have been thoroughly updated to take into account current books and journal articles on criminal law. About the Author
Mike Molan has over twenty years' experience of teaching and examining in criminal law. During that time he has taught undergraduate and postgraduate students, in both old and new universities, on full-time, part-time, and distance learning programmes. From 1993 to 2004 Mike was Head of the Law Department at London South Bank University, where he is now a Professor of Legal Education and Pro Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Human Sciences.
