Adrian Chandler (LLB, LLM, PhD) is Associate Dean and Lecturer within the Faculty of Law at the University of the West of England, Bristol. He has published widely in legal journals on areas within the law of contract and intellectual property and he is co-author of Information: Protection, Ownership, and Rights (Blackstone Press/OUP).

great for exam preparation
I was taught by Adrian Chandler and he, of course, recommended his book. I bought it as a help for seminar preparation and have to say that this book has been a fantastic help throughout the year, especially when it came to exam preparation. There are so many questions to practice, with an answer provided. I would not have wanted to miss this book.
