A really good book!
This book is a really good start for law students on their LLB. However it is not the easiest book out there. Therefore get two book an easy one which will provide you with the basics to understand Company Law e.g Nutshells and then move one to the more advanced and more complicated books. This book provides you with a lot of information on the new Companies Act 2006 and a lot of case law.
