Customer Reviews
Excellent book for practitioners!
This book is an excellent review for pratitioners who are familiar with the subject or are studying the LPC. Being a legal translator and having finished the LPC some years ago I am happy to have a possibility for quick reviews and brushing up my knowledge during the translation process. You should have gained some knowledge in the subject but then the book is excellent. It is siutable for beginners if you have enough time to prepare yourself as you need to do some research on your own.
After all, a book which is strongly recommendable!
In good condition and very explainatory
this book is really good for the newly qualified professionals doing work in the cilvil side. i believe it will help them to make a very strong base for them to enhance their further knowledge in this field.
Good for the amateur
As a litigant in person I found this book invaluable. It takes you through all the Civil Procedure Rules which need to be followed in civil litigation. It has helped me through a court case and to catch out the opponent's solicitor on several occasions. It is well written and quite clear. It provides many examples which are useful as templates.
