About the Author
JANET DINE is Professor of International Economic Law at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies at the Queen Mary University of London, UK. She has lectured in Law at the University of Essex, Guildhall University and King's College London.
MARIOS KOUTSIAS is a graduate of the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. He has practiced as a lawyer in Thessaloniki, Greece and worked in Brussels at the offices of the European Commission. He was a teaching assistant in the Department of Law at the University of Essex for four years, where he did his PhD. He is currently conducting research for the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, London.

Poor, low content law book
I bought this book as an extra for my commercial law course. The book offers very minimal and basic information on topics. The free handout that students get with a course basically the same information as in this book.
Don't buy this, pay more and get a book with some detail in it.
