Editorial Reviews

Review
'An excellent overview of East European politics since 1945, providing the necessary historical context, such as the EU Eastern enlargement and the conflicts in former Yugoslavia. It reflects up-to-date scholarship and yet is accessible to students.' - Florian Bieber, University of Kent, UK

Reviews of the first edition:

'Useful for students' - Karen Henderson,
Journal of Area Studies

'Detailed, informative and valuable analysis of the evolution of Eastern Europe.' - Stephen Fischer Galati,
International History Review
