Excellent synopsis of constitutional law
This is an excellent synopsis and introduction to constitutional law. This small and unassuming book contains a subtle and fascinating account of English constitutional law. This is a perfect companion to some of the big guns like Dicey, Ivor Jennings, Bogdanor, Colin Munro and Bradley and Ewing.

Little Explanation and Structure
I had high hopes for this book since the criminal law edition in the series is excellent.

This book however, was poorly explained, more like a bunch of cases thrown at you with little description of the ratio behind the cases.

This book is only helpful if you know everything already and just want to have the cases grouped together (nutcases might be better, shorter and cheaper for that though!).

Overall, I recommend Constitutional Law Core Text instead.

Not as good as was recommended
This book seems to be easy to read, but it depends a lot on the topic you are reading. For example Judicial Review is just overloaded with information which you don't really need. There are much better textbooks out there.
