Concise, informative, reader-friendly.
I've marked this book with 4 stars, because it's a lot of money for a small book. If you're doing the ICS diploma in Public Relations, you'll get a feeling of deja vu when you read this book; you can make your own mind up about why that is! I'm currently studying for the LBBI in PR and find this book tells me what I need to know in a manner I can understand. Quite frankly, I don't want to put it down. The books I have for my A level in Business Studies are a real hard slog, so I was delighted to discover that not all study in 'old age' needs to be painful. If you want to get a grounding in PR, buy this book!
