Customer Reviews

Very readable and well written5
What I like about this book is that it is very readable and well written. It describes Retailing terminology in such a way that anyone can understand it.
All the theories are brought vividly to life with examples from the real world which describe how organisations have succeeded and sometimes failed in their Retailing strategies. All in all, it is a book I would recommend to anyone in business today. It is quite simply the clearest, most comprehensive, up-to-date introduction to Retailing available.

You NEED this text book!5
If you're thinking of studying retail at university or you want to know a bit more about the industry then this is THE book for you. I read this before I started my course at uni and I was really confident when Uni started. (Lecturers were really impressed with my knowledge!) It's so easy to read, you can finish it in one day and understand it easily. Keep it on your self as you'll want to cite quotes from this in your essays.
