Excellent Occassional Resource
Really good companion volume for Liturgies for the Journey of Life. Easy to use straight from the page, and perhaps more importantly to use as a base to adapt services for use in a particular congregation. Addresses some issues that are difficult in a compassionate and scriptural manner. The Synopsis refers to a Free Church Background but can be just as easily used for a Service of the Word in the Anglican Communion.
Really very helpful.
In This Hour: Liturgies for Pausing by Dorothy McRae-McMahon is another super litergy book from this author.
Set in a free church way it is easy to change to a Holy Communion or more formal style.
