Customer Reviews

Easy to understand4
It does not confuse or complicate things, it lays things out in a very simple and easy way to follow. It is very intresting and explains what each vitamin and mineral does to help the body function. It also gives advise on what life style you lead or age you are and how your body changes through that period. For the price it beats any medical book.

New Vitamin Bible5
This book is very informative and easy to access information a must for anyone studying or interested in nutrition. Came as the seller advised great value

Fascinating5
A wealth of information about vitamins and herbs, plus symptom lists which show when something might help. Some of the suggestions do seem to work, although the book is careful not to make claims about curing illnesses and advises medical help if symptoms persist.
