Satisfactory general background
This small book gives a good all-round background on the subject, if you don't wish to go into any great detail on the topic.
It doesn't really go into any scientific depth, and there aren't any diagrams, but does give an interesting insight into future predictions of the climate.
To an undergraduate studying climate, it would make interesting, but fairly basic background reading, although it is far easier to digest than a text book!
