Very very good, though starting to get a bit dated
I am a journalist with 12 years experience, and found this book an extremely good read. It was entertaining in some parts, and fascinating in others. But more than anything it was a real eye-opener. It also made me realise what I went into the profession for, how complacent I had become, and it made me start digging around again. I did think it was starting to get a bit dated and... for a paperback it is a bit on the pricey side, but it was still extremely good - especially as there is so little out there covering the topic of investigative research. I am so passionately supportive of this book, that I almost feel everyone coming into the profession should see it and digest its contents. It was worth every penny and roll on David Northmore's next offering, whenever that is.
