Best cheesecakes in the world? In America more like!
The book cover drew me to this book as I am a cheesecake lover. However, I was very disappointed when it arrived. It is a very small paper book with no pictures inside. The cheesecake recipes all come from America and use american ingredients which are very hard to find here. The lack of pictures makes it difficult to visualise the end product. Finally, the majority of the cakes have to be baked (as in american fashion) and there are only 5 no-bake recipes. Very disappointed, indeed ...

This Cook Book is Fabulous! I have made the New York Cheesecake and it came out beautifully. I cannot wait to try some more recipes.
