Good book
Very good book that would be of benefit to most dentists in practice, no matter how simple or complex your practice this book will clarify your knowledge and thoughts on this very difficult and complex subject.
It is slightly narrow in it's point of view and condsending toward other theorys. If you take a pragmatic approach it is a good book.
