The best pharmacology book i have ever bought
I bought this book as a recommended text for a course in my degree programme. I can honestly say that it's a great book and very helpful because it isn't too complex, and has clear diagrams. The quality of the book is excellent too, with good clinical examples of drugs and diseases, it covers a lot of ground for its money. I would recommend this book to any pharmacology students.

Essential purchase!
Combining conventional factual information with highly effective colourful illustrations, key point boxes and self-assessment questions, this book has brought life back into pharmacology. This has to be one of the easiest pharmacology books on the market to use; its potentially overwhelming content leaps out, screaming to be understood, rather than merely remembered. This text not only offers the student reader a fascinating insight into the subject, but also refreshes the mind of the relevant physiology and pathology needed to fully grasp how and why drugs work and in explaining their side-effects and the complications of overdose. A truly essential buy.
"very basic" basic pharmacology
A good book for first time pharmacologists, but very soon becomes to basic. Has little depth, although it does make the subject much simpler than mainstream textbooks (Katzung, Rang Dale Ritter etc)for those with little or no knowledge of the subject.
