The Perfect Beginners Guide
This book is a fantastic introduction to the world of yoga. Katy Appleton has a great way of teaching it. Each posture is broken down into fragments and it has a clear explanation with it. The pictures show clearly how thay are done.It teaches you how to fit yoga into your life and to create your own routines according to your needs.
I knew nothing about yoga before reading this book and I feel it has taught me so much. It is very easy to read and does not waffle on for hundreds of paragraphs!
A great book written by a great yoga teacher!
