Interesting and entertaining
A both interesting and entertaining collection of facts and 'wisdom' about the British weather.
Vividly narrated it is based on the author's Sunday Telegraph column. Chapters on how the weather works, weather wisdom and lores and pure facts make this book not only good to read but also to a compendium on British weather and climate.
A must for both, (hobby) meteorologists and the general public interested in weather anecdotes and facts.
