A must for any wannabe fashion stylists
The most under researched fashion subject all explained in one book! Mastering fashion styling is a down to earth, true to life vision into the industry. A good guide for students and people starting out in any aspect of fashion, hair or make-up styling. Lots of contact addresses and help on how to get into the business. Truthful and honest book, made excellent reading!
The best if not the only book that describes fashion styling
This is the abc of fashion styling, even my course in Central St Martin couldn't compete with this and what's more you get to take it with you everywhere it truly is the dictionnary of wanna be fashion stylists. It is very unusual for a professional to write out every single step of the profession in such accurate details. Every aspects are covered in a very clear and understandable manner. Many suggestions and addresses, very well compiled, now go get a job.
very informative!
this book gives a nice overview and the author seems to know what she is talking about. after reading this book i went on a styling course and what i learned there just confirmed what i had read. there were only a couple of minor things the tutors saw in another way but i guess that is due to the fact that the industry changes so fast and the book can't be that up-to-date.
