About the Author
CAROL COSGROVE-SACKS is Director of the Trade Division, United Nations Economic Commission for Europe and a Professor at the College of Europe, Bruges. Before joining the United Nations, Dr Cosgrove-Sacks was an international business consultant, advising mainly on access to the European market and sources of international and investment.
