It really helped me!
This book is excellent in helping u learn independantly it was of very good use to me. It really helped me focus on things much better and helped me learn more about myself and how i learn on my own. I would recommend it to anyone.
Extremely useful
I have had this book for 30 years and am now looking for the updated version, as I have found it so useful.
