This is an excellent undergraduate book on psychology and introduces the reader to the fascinating world of psychology in easy to understand language and breaks down the core theories in a concise and relevant fashion. The book contains all the theories and explains each one in an interesting way. At the end of each chapter are discussion points which enable the reader to consider the material they have just learnt and apply it.
