nice and easy4
The book is a handy reference and teaching tool. I read it very quickly as the style is easy and practical.

Planning a PR campaign is very useful and helps to jog the memory of what to do and when without being overawing. Throughou the book they use a PR matrix which I found sensible and a tool rather than a gimmick to lock you in.

Internal PR was a great section reminding us not to forget the internal customer and get buy in at every stage. This gave focus to something that can easily be missed and made us think of the strategy for this audience.

What is Pr dispelled the myth of "spin" and put space between professional PR and spin doctors so often found in the media today.

Evaluating success helped direct efforts to ensure we remain on target and put effort in to the thing that we can measure and know when we have acheived the success.
