Customer Reviews

Brilliant!5
Superb book! Although you will need other main textbooks and casebooks to support your studies of constitutional and administrative law, I found this book really helpful in outlining the basics. It simplfies all topics, and has activities at the end of chapters such as essay writing for you to see if you have actually understood the topic. It also uses many main cases to help illustrate principles and law. Overall, just a brilliant book! I am in my first year of LLB Law, and it has been really helpful!

Better than the core reading I was set5
After a few weeks of having to use a differnt book for my essential reading of this module, I found this book in the further/recommended reading. I took a look and never went back to the core reading book. It is clearly set out, with key cases highlighted and the main points of the case set out clearly. Also rather than there beign block text, it is broken down into bullet points, which makes it easier to read and understand. As the semester went on i found that I was not the only student who had changed to this book for similar reasons. For clear and concise information and cases for constitutional and administrative law this is the book to use.
