Invaluable guide to the principles of Company Law
Having just completed the Company Law module of my law degree, and with the exams bearing down on me, I have found this book to be an invaluable tool to aid my revision. The book provides a clear and concise guide to the basic principles of Company Law, with an insight into the main problem areas and points on reform. If, like me, you prefer mind maps help you to remember things there are several diagrams and tables to help summarise the information into a memorable format. Everything is in bullet-point format so you won't get bogged down on the detail. All in all, I think this book is excellent.
