Customer Reviews
light hearted but tackles the subject admirably
although it is basically a light read, it tackles the subject matter admirably. it looks at why some people are difficult and more importantly how one can try to deal with them. Great if you run a call center or have to deal with snotty customers on a regular basis. Hey, I can only assume that these guys have set up call centers themselves. Cool!
