Good5
This book is funny, exciting and overall absolutely fantastic. It is an open-the-flap book which makes it even better! I like this book because it is bright and colourful; the text is great for kids aged 2 - 6. I would definitely rate this book 10/ 10. Here is a little bit about this terrific tale:
It is morning and Fidget, the racoon, and Quilly, the porcupine, have to get ready to go to school. See what they get up to (by opening the flaps) as they quickly get ready for school or they'll be late...
If you enjoy this book as much as I did, then you can look out for our two truly memorable heroes again as the feature in `Count Down to Bedtime'!

My 16-month old boy absolutely loves this book. He can't yet tell me what it is that attracts him so much, but I think it's the sheer cheekiness of the two characters that he empathises with. Apart from that, the flaps revealing new layers to the story intrigue him and it's about the only book he has that I don't get bored reading with him. The only problem is trying to get him to put it down once he's found it.
