Brilliant
For a first ever novel, Eric has worked wonders. Imagine during your waking hours you exist on earth and during your sleeping hours on earth you exist on Meredin, a fantasy realm and vice versa. When you sleep on Meredin, you continue your life on earth. Other characters do this as well and each can interelate between the two. No more details as I don't want to spoil the plot. I urge you to read this one, I couldn't put it down.
Amazing
This book is an absolute gem. The way that Nylund twists the story between the real world and fantasy is just great - it makes it impossible to put the book down! My advice - read it!
A great 1st book, read and enjoy
This book is a rather twisted veiw on a fantasy world mixing with the real world and i must admit I really enjoyed it :) I was given this by my mum when I was in hospital, she had just chosen it at random and It made being hospital worth it to find this new author... his books cool.
The way he mixes the "real" world and his fantasy world are seemless his characters are not the best described ever but his inate skill as an autor makes up for this.....
READ IT
