A readable primer for solution-focused therapy
This is an easy-to-read advice manual on how to apply solution-focused, brief therapy. The authors relate their own experiences in using 'Ericksonian' methods over many years. It's easy to dip into and, as a therapist, I found it a useful touchstone when fresh ideas are needed.
Good starter book
This book is written in simple language its easily read and understood. It gives relevant examples of psychotherapy sessions/conversations and I think its useful for anyone beginning to learn about psychotherapy
