Average customer review:Product Description
"Remedies is the principal area around which the concept of obligations is developed, and is taught as a course option at some universities. This book has proved to be ideal as the main text for such an option."

Customer Reviews
A very welcome update
A very welcome update which encourages the student to think about the two areas in conjunction. Factually very detailed but also provides academic context within which to consider the various areas. Students usually see the value of obtaining a straight obligations type book but are inclined to treat remedies as a bit of an afterthought when in reality it is the remedies that matter most to potential clients.
