very useful book
this book is excellent for those that are either intersted in the buy tolet sector of investing ,
i used this book it wasnt easy but when i gotthe hand of finding the right information i was on a roll .
from thisbook i re-wrote my tenancy agreements which are a lot better .
this isa must do if you are in the business
