About the Author
Alexander Zahar is a Legal Officer in the Chambers of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. He held a similar position at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. He has published several critical essays on tribunal jurisprudence prior to working in international law.
