An excellent and thorough handling of the topic
I was greatly impressed by 'Adverse Posession'. It is the first genuinely helpful dissertation of this topic that I have come across. You will find it especially invaluable when dealing with unauthorised mortgages and the finer points of uninformed prohibition, but it is also useful for particularly difficult cases of field displacement. In fact, there is very little in the scope of property that it is not useful for. I cannot rate this book highly enough and would put it on the list of essentials for any experienced or aspiring barrister in the field of property law.

This was a truely amazing book, it totaly inspired me, and the rest of my family to. It is an amazing title, not to plain, or complex, and it really states the true amazingness of this book.
