Customer Reviews

Fascinating history5
It does what it says on the tin and more. It is a fascinating run through of voting rights from the late 18th century to equal voting rights for women and a bit beyond. Despite me believing I had a good knowledge of this period and of the sufferage movement, both male and female, I was soon proved to be wrong. Everyone should know what's in this book. And, after reading it, you can tell them and justify your opinion. A revelation. Be prepared to have your prejudices undermined.
