Customer Reviews
A classic PR textbook
Having worked in the PR business for 14 years, I've found few really enjoyable and useful casebooks around, but I think this certainly enters my top 10.
If you're responsible for developing PR strategies across several nations, or are looking for cultural insight in managing a complex issues-led campaign in another country, this book will help you out. It also includes cases from internal communication, such as the use of intranets during a merger.
Good to refer to and have for reference on your office bookshelf.
