- Jaron Lanier, computer scientist, composer, visual artist, and author
'Bohm offered to us what philosophy has always tried to do: a world-view that enables us to read between the lines of the book of nature.' - Paavo Pylkkänen
'Bohm not merely tells us what creativity is and what blocks it, he also helps us to become creative ourselves.' - Paavo Pylkkänen
'For Bohm creativity is neither pure chance nor the outcome of some mechanical process. Instead, it involves a non-mechanical generation of a new order, both in matter, life and mind.'
- Paavo Pylkkänen
'Bohm's thinking is a good example of the kind of creativity he believed to be an aspect of nature.' - Paavo Pylkkänen
'One finds here an unusually candid and casual look into the views of one of the twentieth century's boldest and most original scientific thinkers.'
- Timothy Ferris
'An openness to the irreducible nature of the whole in both science and art summarizes the timeless philosophical stance of David Bohm. The delight to have On Creativity and On Dialogue made into Routledge Classics has special relevance to our era of fracture, contention and public duplicity.' - Lynn Margulis, University of Massachusetts at Amherst
'this work is highly recommended for its analysis of the fascinating, still woefully underexplored terrain connecting art and science'
- Dorion Sagan

careful attention to our confusion sets us free
We all know that we are continuallly tempted to lie. Fear and past conditioning are causing us to go numb. We are hearing 'program-voices' which are telling us we are not good enough. Careful attention to these voices, so that we start hearing them consciously will silence them, it is actually all that is needed to set our joy and creativity free.
Creativity is something which cannot be aimed at directly, it is a by-product of a free mind.
