An Integrated Approach to Human Rights and Criminal Justice5
This book is all one needs in studying European Human Rights and Criminal Justice. It explains in detail the procedures, how the European Court will approach the admissibility criteria, and unlike other books on the subject, gives a practical way of how the court operates, deals with Bail, Article 5, Article 6 and other aspects of criminal justice in regards to Human Rights.

The other brilliant feature of the book is that it has been published after the implementation of the HRA, and incorporates the area of exhaustion of domestic remedies from a practical stance.

What I especially appreciated about this book is that it is a combination text book plus cases and materials book all in one.

This book is an investment, but a good one.
