A fully referenced explanation of the law in the topics covered by the title....an indispensable practitioner text.A fully referenced explanation of the law in the topics covered by the title. The only comment we would make is on the impossibility of keeping such a book up to date and so it does not appear to us in the Internet age that a bound book is appropriate. Nevertheless you will find the answer as to what the law was at January 1, 2000 in this book. Computer Books Review.
